Responsibilities:
Project Supervision: Oversee all aspects of demolition projects, including planning, execution, and project completion. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Safety Leadership: Champion and enforce strict safety protocols and best practices on all job sites. Conduct safety briefings, inspections, and ensure the use of proper safety equipment.
Crew Management: Lead and motivate the demolition crew, ensuring that they work efficiently and effectively. Provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
Equipment Operation: Operate and oversee the use of heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring they are maintained and operated safely.
Material Handling: Manage the removal, recycling, or disposal of demolition materials in an environmentally responsible manner.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work and address any issues or deviations from the project plan promptly.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, safety incidents, equipment usage, and other relevant information. Provide regular project status reports to management.
Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Demolition Foreman or a similar role in the construction or demolition industry.
Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, safety standards, and regulations.
