Our team is looking for a Global PMO Administrator to join them. You will report to the Global PMO Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, North Carolina. To be considered for the Global PMO Administrator opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: Associate degree in business or related field with at least one year of experience in an administrative capacity; in lieu of a degree, equivalent experience is acceptable CRM system knowledge with platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics365, or others Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Power BI Problem-solving, project management, analytical, and data management skills As a Global PMO Administrator, you will: Assist Global PMO Manager on advising team members on procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting requirements Collaborate with various teams (programs, contracts, finance, compliance, etc.) to ensure the CRM effectively supports their needs and Global PMO objectives Update and develop reports, inclusive of monthly project updates and executive-level reports via Power BI and PowerPoint Own and manage system administration tasks within Dynamics365 while ensuring data accuracy and integrity Perform initial data validation of both contracted customers (LTAs) and non-contracted customers (orderbook POs or recent sales history) Ensure system governance adherence by reviewing/updating customer reports Provide CRM training, support, and guidance on effective usage of the CRM system Track and maintain training records, reports, and metrics Consistently review and improve existing training materials and CRM system functionality Support actions with Contracts teams linking Cobblestone with CRM Travel domestically and/or internationally (approximately 5-10%) Our Benefits: Comprehensive medical insurance Competitive PTO, holiday pay, and sick leave Company 401K plan with up to 4% matched contribution Annual bonus program (varies by level and discretionary based on company and individual performance) Flexible working arrangements Paid volunteering opportunities Access to mental health champions across our sites Commitment to development Employee referral program Salary Range: $75,000- $85,000/year, based on experience #LI-Onsite EOE/Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disability/Veteran Compensation Pay Range $75,000- $85,000/year, based on experience Please click here to review Ontic's California Consumer Privacy Act policy.
