Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are partnering with a highly successful Manufacturing company looking for an FP&A Manager. This is the perfect position for a strong Senior Financial Analyst ready to take the next step! • Lead the recurring financial planning cycles, managing the consolidation and executive review of forecasts and results
• Partner with finance leads across business units to gain insight into key performance drivers and enhance strategic planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year outlooks
• Work closely with the CFO and Investor Relations during earnings periods, contributing financial insights that support external communication strategies
• Develop and deliver high-level financial reports and visual dashboards covering income statement trends, cost-saving programs, cash flow, balance sheet health, earnings projections, and other executive needs
• Analyze income statement performance, comparing actuals to targets and previous periods, and highlight significant trends and their potential impact on the business
• Oversee and coach a team of analysts, ensuring strong performance through effective leadership, workload balancing, and growth opportunities
• Champion process enhancements to strengthen financial forecasting, improve reporting quality, and increase overall analytical effectiveness
• Uphold adherence to internal financial policies and control frameworks to ensure reporting integrity and compliance

Requirements

• 7 years of FP&A Experience
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, IBM Planning Analytics preferred
