We are currently partnering with a premier Real Estate company looking for a Senior Property Accountant in Buckhead, GA. This role will report to the office 3 days per week and offers great benefits!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, interpret, and analyze monthly financial statements
- Analyze, create, and reconcile reports including balance sheets, prepaid, capex, property taxes, and insurance
- Prepare month-end close
- Journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Transfers, wires/ACHs, and managing payment issues
- Review and code Accounts payable invoices
- Partner with senior leadership on financial projects
- Assist with quarterly/annual audits
Requirements:
- 2 years of property accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Yardi experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
