Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain Windows and / or Linux server environments.
- Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot networking components, including protocols such as TCP / IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Implement and support virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Design, deploy, and maintain backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure IT security best practices are followed across all systems and processes.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT-related projects and initiatives.
