Our client is actively seeking an IT Services Manager to join their team in Wayne, PA. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence four days a week. In this position, you will be responsible for leading and aligning IT strategies with business objectives—developing, implementing, and managing initiatives that streamline processes and provide innovative technology solutions, all in support of the organization's broader IT goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of technical solutions within the Infrastructure & Operations domain
- Lead projects and initiatives focused on improving IT service delivery
- Stay ahead of technological advancements and integrate them into the organization as appropriate
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across core departments
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation and oversight of service agreements
Qualifications:
- 10 years of technical experience
- 2 years in a management role
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Oracle, Microsoft, asset management, software management, and help desk services
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and cost reduction strategies
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
