Description
Five Star Equipment has an exciting opportunity for an Information Technology Support Specialist. This role will be based out of the Corporate Headquarters in Dunmore, PA and there may be some occasional travel to support all locations in PA and NY. We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable, committed, and experienced professional to join our team.
- Installing software and hardware, maintaining computers, printers, maintaining network connectivity. Includes Microsoft 365, John Deere applications, CRM and many different web applications, etc.
- Assist w/ maintaining Computer Inventory.
- Assist w/ maintaining Windows, Antivirus, and Computer System updates.
- Mobile device setup, configurations, updates, protection, and monitoring.
- Understanding the Importance of Cyber Security Awareness and sharing best practices when working with users.
- Supporting the day-to-day IT operations at all locations including Helpdesk support.
- Maintains current knowledge of latest developments in technology and data processing.
- Follows all safety rules and company procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- AS or BS in Information Technology or 2 plus years of experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Team oriented with the ability to work independently as well.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management skills, multi-tasking ability, attention to details and accuracy.
- Good communication both written and verbal.
