As we grow into Omaha, we’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager with proven success in the flooring industry. You’ll oversee the branch and its teams while also staying hands-on, offering both leadership influence and significant financial upside.


THE ROLE

  • LEAD TEAMS: Directly responsible for Omaha branch success by overseeing sales, installation, and logistics. Provide clear direction for KPIs and metrics. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback for improvement. Ensure customer experience through standards of excellence and quality service. Recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
  • DEVELOP BUSINESS PLAN | OVERSEE P&L: Develop a strategic plan to engage with commercial, residential, and contractors to be the flooring partner of choice, and ensure expansion and growth potential. Improve team effectiveness by developing processes, creating a motivated work environment, and implementing productive change. Determine the priority of the plans for the branch and ensure a game plan for completion.
  • REMOVE OBSTACLES & BARRIERS: Lead through problem-solving skills, identify and implement solutions to complex challenges. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to ensure the growth and sustainability of the company.


THE EXPERIENCE

  • KNOWLEDGE: Consistent work history. A minimum of 5 years prior experience in the flooring or construction realm leading and motivating teams as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Project Manager, or similar role. Experience creating and achieving financial plans. An entrepreneurial spirit displayed in self-motivation and professional growth.
  • SKILLS: Proven track record of coaching teams to achieve KPIs through coaching and accountability. Ability to have difficult conversations regarding performance and improvement when needed. Willing to personally take feedback and implement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, and ability to delegate pertinent work. Ability to operate basic computer programs and accurately track information.
  • ABILITY: Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a felony/misdemeanor background and driving (Motor Vehicle Record) check. Must be able to travel a 60 mile radius around Omaha for customer appointments, company vehicle provided.
