What You’ll Own:
- Google Ads strategy, optimization & campaign scaling
- Google Local Services Ads (top 3 placement is the goal!)
- Google Business Profile management & content updates
- Email & SMS campaign planning and execution
- Programmatic advertising oversight & creative coordination
- Tracking, attribution, and performance analysis using CRM tools like ServiceTitan & HubSpot
- ROAS, CPL, and booking rate improvement—because numbers matter
- Collaboration with creatives & vendors to ensure all campaigns convert
KPIs You’ll Be Chasing:
- 500% ROAS
- 70% LSA booking rate
- YoY increase in new customers
