Position Overview
The Call Center Representative is a remote position and available for candidates residing in Northern Arizona. The Call Center Representative is in charge of answering patient calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems. They handle both inbound and outbound phone conversations with patients to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls and direct to appropriate clinic staff
- Take messages for patients and record in EHR
- Relay, direct, receive messages from patients and assist as appropriate
- Create charts and include any messages from patients to staff
- Fax orders upon request of patient or staff member
- Pull records from Cerner if necessary
- Assist with sending out surgical packets to scheduled patients
- Complete SIQ for patients and forward to Allergy
- Additional tasks may be added as needed and assigned by management
