Job Summary
Fleur Bake Shop is seeking an experienced and inviting customer service professional to join our amazing team. This position is often the first engagement customers have with our business, and as such is an important responsibility. We’re looking for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has a positive outlook and who works well in a team environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service and effective communication, engaging with customers on a friendly, genuine level
- Assisting customers in placing special orders
- Answering questions, recommending products and knowing how to direct customers towards what they desire
- Maintain an inviting, tidy, and clean retail counter and front-of-house during open hours
- Following food safety protocol to ensure customer safety
- Attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Ability to work opening early (6am shifts) as well as closing shifts (ending ~5:30pm)
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, busy environment
