Job Summary The Director, Business Development will be based in Austin, TX (or remote), and will be responsible for participating in the formation of corporate and strategic plans and to create new business and sustain current accounts for Enterprise and leading Hybrid Cloud Providers. What a typical day looks like: Developing new strategic alliances with key customers within the Enterprise/ Hybrid Cloud Space Analyze and understand customers business strategy, technology roadmap, future product plans, expansion activities and align Flex resources where mutually beneficial. Define business priorities through a broad and far vision of market and technology needs, to include initiating and managing business development activities that will strengthen, expand and drive market penetration. Align with customer on key technology, innovation and supply chain initiatives and create unique value propositions with flex design, engineering and manufacturing capabilities Assist current accounts in the development and execution of product roadmaps and act as a focal point in delivering Flex’s solutions which include concept development, industrial design, manufacturing, supply chain/logistics, services support and reverse logistics. Support senior management with regard to managing and evaluating key personnel and in terms of talent acquisition to provide further potential to business resources The experience we're looking to add to our team: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Related field 10 years of experience in Business Development. Experience with Enterprise or Cloud Solutions Experience selling into enterprise accts and or server and storage OEM’s is ideal.
