Job Description
This exciting opportunity on our global Employee Communications team will accelerate foundational communications and programmatic storytelling for our Global Talent Organization (GTO). Through consistent communication operations, thoughtful messaging development for different audiences and initiatives, and communications consultation with leaders and experts across GTO, the Employee Communications Senior Manager will engage our employees and elevate participation in key employee moments throughout the year.
Basic Qualifications:
• 7 years of employee communications or related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create simple, clear and engaging communications for a variety of channels and audiences
• Strong understanding of voice and tone, with the ability to ensure consistency across diverse messages
• Strong change communications expertise
• Experience partnering with HR teams or delivering HR communications
• Executive presence and ability to lead through influence
• Demonstrated ability working cross-functionally with multi-region teams and experience delivering employee change across multiple markets with cultural nuances
• Ability to solve problems with creativity and navigate challenges with diplomacy
