Your Work Matters As a Videographer at Floor & Decor, you’ll shape the way the world sees our brand. From bold ad campaigns to powerful internal stories, you’ll lead the full video production cycle—from strategy to execution—bringing concepts to life that inform, inspire, and influence. What you create won’t just play on screens—it will move people, connect teams, and drive business growth. Your Day Consists Of · Owning the entire video lifecycle—from storyboarding, directing, and filming to editing and post-production. · Creating dynamic content for advertising, training, brand campaigns, and internal messaging. · Collaborating with cross-functional partners to align messaging with business strategy and brand voice. · Managing equipment, lighting, sound, and editing suites—ensuring top-tier production quality. · Repurposing and optimizing content for multiple channels, including social media. · Driving visual storytelling that resonates across formats, from high-impact ads to behind-the-scenes culture videos.
