Your Day Consists Of
- Owning the entire video lifecycle—from storyboarding, directing, and filming to editing and post-production.
- Creating dynamic content for advertising, training, brand campaigns, and internal messaging.
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to align messaging with business strategy and brand voice.
- Managing equipment, lighting, sound, and editing suites—ensuring top-tier production quality.
- Repurposing and optimizing content for multiple channels, including social media.
- Driving visual storytelling that resonates across formats, from high-impact ads to behind-the-scenes culture videos.

- 3 years of hands-on experience leading video production from concept to post, across both internal and external content types.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and industry-standard video, audio, and lighting equipment.
- A strong reel that showcases your ability to tell clear, compelling stories across formats—from polished brand campaigns to training or explainer videos.
- Confidence managing multiple projects and stakeholders while delivering on tight timelines without sacrificing quality.
- A creative approach grounded in strategy—you understand the “why” behind the visual and can translate business goals into engaging content.
- Awareness of social media video trends and the agility to tailor content by platform while staying true to brand voice.
