Installer Requirements (Must-Haves):
- Active California C-15 Flooring License
- Current General Liability (GL) and Worker's Compensation (WC) Insurance
- Proven experience with a variety of flooring materials (Carpet, LVP, Laminate, Hardwood)
- Reliable work vehicle and all necessary tools for professional installation
- Commitment to professionalism, timeliness, and customer service
- Dedication to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
- Excellent communication skills (responsive to texts and phone calls)
