Account Analyst

This Account Analyst position is responsible for the collection, logging, and appropriate processing of financial transactions and documents in support of the Continuing Education department, ABA students, and BISK students. Responsibilities include tracking & processing expenses, preparing invoices & journal vouchers, and maintaining accurate records for reconciliation of all debits & credit to accounts in University systems. They will also be responsible for maintaining current functional knowledge of financial aid in the areas of certification, logging, and assisting in the processing and disbursement of refunds. Flexibility to adapt work schedule & responsibilities to cover monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines is required.

Excellent detail orientation and organizational skills are a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Computer skills used are Microsoft Office, Excel, Access databases, and Google docs. Effective computer file management skills, internet navigation skills, strong proofreading, typing, and spelling skills, and strong organizational skills are required.

Education requirements: Associate degree, or vocational or technical school degree

Experience level: Minimum 2-5 years of experience

Official transcripts of all collegiate work must be sent directly from the attended institution to the Human Resources Office prior to the first day of employment. All international degrees must have a course-by-course official evaluation and translation sent to the Human Resources Office directly from an evaluation company affiliated with the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services, Inc. (NACES).

The Annual Security and Fire Safety Report
