In this role, you'll be entrusted with a number of requisitions, focusing on sourcing and interviewing candidates for our 85 brand companies across the U.S. Teamwork and collaboration are essential, but it's equally important for you to take ownership of your designated requisitions. Essential Functions
- Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for assigned requisitions, ensuring they align with the needs of the role and the company.
- Ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates from initial contact through to interview stages.
- Use various avenues, including social media, to identify potential candidates.
- Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of the specifics of the roles you're recruiting for.
- Work closely with other Recruiting Team members, sharing and identifying talent where needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of candidates in the Ceridian Dayforce system.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, fostering a positive impression of FCG.
- Stay updated on changes in compensation, benefits, and the unique requirements of each requisition you recruit for.
- Effectively present the advantages of joining Flow Control Group to prospective hires.
- Stay connected with talent pools and communities for ongoing and upcoming recruitment needs.
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience within an industrial/distribution setting.
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
