Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related field/equivalent experience
- 8 years of Project Management experience, with the proven ability to run multiple projects
- Automotive or Industrial Project experience, preferred
- Experience with cost, scheduling, estimating and purchasing
- Self-Perform and Design/Build experience preferred
- Proficiency in Project Management and Scheduling Software
Responsibilities:
- This role involves coordinating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
- Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and continuous communication.
- Manage client expectations and ensure their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure proper project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and handover to the client.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary between $115,000 and $140,000, depending on experience
