Days: Mon-Fri 6:00am to 2:30pm; Swing: Mon-Fri 2:00pm to 10:30pm; Weekends: Fri-Sun 8am to 8pm
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for the planning, leadership and operational execution of organization's quality deployment and process improvement efforts.
- Manage all aspects of the plant quality operation to include audits, inspection, quality engineering, first article reporting, non-conforming product management, supplier quality.
- Sets appropriate goals for department staff.
- Evaluate and enhance quality standards, technologies and approaches.
- Act as a strong advocate for quality in the New Product Development Process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) from four-year College or university in an Engineering or Quality discipline; or 5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced Knowledge of ASME Y14.5GD&T Techniques
- 7 plus years of demonstrated success leading and managing Quality or manufacturing organizations in the machining, semiconductor equipment, automotive or medical device sector.
