FOCUS Bank is accepting applications/resumes for the position of Full-Time Customer Service Center Representative in Sikeston, MO. As a Customer Service Center Representative, you will be our customer’s first point of contact with FOCUS Bank. Daily tasks will include successfully resolving customer requests, providing requested information to customers, connecting our customers to appropriate bank employees, and building positive relationships with our customers.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be 18 years old at date of employment
- Must have a minimum of one (1) years previous banking experience
- Must possess working knowledge of computer systems and be able to manually manipulate phone systems and computer keyboards
- Must possess excellent verbal communication and writing skills to build and maintain positive relationships with bank customers and employees
- Maintain customer confidentiality
- Maintain a professional appearance
