Foley and Lardner, LLP is looking for a litigation paralegal with excellent research and analytical skills, for our busy Construction Defects department. The Litigation Paralegal I will focus on pre-suit matters including the investigation and case development, mediation, and arbitration. The ideal candidate will have high-level attention to detail skills, as well as strong time management abilities.

Responsibilities
- Handle case intake; researching property records, providing pertinent details to docketing, updating database with claim info
- Monitor Arbitration filings inbox to relay deadlines to docketing
- Communicate priority issues to attorneys and paralegals
- Submit Process Server and Expert invoices in Chrome River
- Handle AAA invoices
- Update claims database
- Other miscellaneous tasks and meet daily deadlines
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program preferred
- Prior Paralegal or assistant experience preferred
- Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
