Foodland Super Market is looking for energetic, outgoing and responsible individuals with prior management experience and a passion for excellent customer service, to join our team as Assistant Store Manager!
The Assistant Store Director position must observe and enforce all store rules and company policies and actively support the Store Director. They are responsible to perform all duties of the Store Director in their absence and contribute to profitable operation of the store. They must be able to handle customer complaints and ensure that all store personnel are courteous to customers. The Assistant Store Director must maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, observe company dress code and abide by all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- High school education with some college background preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in the supermarket industry
- Prior management experience required
- Must successfully pass math test
- Must successfully pass cashier training after hire
- Must successfully pass office clerk training after hire
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- TB Clearance required
- Must comply with all company policies and requirements
- Must be able to provide coverage to other locations as needed
