Formica and his brother Joe, the company has been a family affair from the start. Position Overview:

As a CSR at Formica Plumbing & Sewer Co., you will be the frontline of our customer interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your role will involve managing communications, coordinating service appointments, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Efficiently handle customer calls and emails to schedule services and address inquiries

· Accurately manage service tickets and documentation within Service Titan

· Collaborate with technicians to facilitate timely service delivery

· Conduct follow-ups to guarantee customer contentment with our services

· Oversee billing and payment processes using QuickBooks

Candidate Profile:

· A cheerful, empathetic, and caring individual with a willingness to learn

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Experience in plumbing or home services is preferred but not mandatory

· Familiarity with Service Titan, Microsoft Teams, and QuickBooks is advantageous

· Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities

· Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Job Details:

· Type: Full-time

· Salary: $25,000 - $50,000 a year

· Experience: 3 years preferred

· Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday

· Location: Office-based, in-person
