This role will focus on detecting and mitigating fraud across our retail and e-commerce operations. You will analyze transactions, investigate suspicious activity, and collaborate with internal teams to minimize financial losses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor transactions to identify fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, refund fraud, and account takeovers.
- Investigate identity theft, payment fraud, and loyalty program abuse.
- Analyze data trends to improve fraud detection strategies.
- Work with internal teams (Loss Prevention, Customer Service, and IT) to enhance fraud prevention policies.
- Assist in reporting and tracking organized retail crime incidents.
