What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist position at Fort HealthCare?
Fort HealthCare's Rehab Department seeks a part-time Occupational Therapist. The responsibilities for this position will be to provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to patients with musculoskeletal and/or neurological impairments in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Desirable candidates will have 2 years of experience.
Requirements are a Bachelor's degree, Wisconsin license to practice occupational therapy upon hire, current certification through NBCOT. BLS certification, valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
