Status:                                 Full Time; Regular; Non-Exempt

Salary Range:                     $27.48 to $30.22 (approximately $50,000 to $55,000 annually)

Location:                             Long Island City

Days/Hours:                       Varies: Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, 11:30pm-7:30pm (Subject to change depending on program needs)

Position Summary:

The Senior Case Manager will be responsible for case management duties, facilitating women's parenting workshops and overseeing the day-to-day program operations for the Women Rising Program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with program intake and assessments.

• Perform general case management duties, including individual sessions with clients enrolled in parenting.

• Assist clients in identifying and prioritizing needs; provide internal and external referrals. 

• Facilitate women's groups using evidence-based curriculum.

• Oversee program planning and implementation. 

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all information into the agency's database. 

• Maintain and compile accurate data; and submit monthly/quarterly reports. 

• Develop and maintain optimum collaboration among departments/programs and external agencies.

• Participate and conduct meetings and conferences.

• Engage in ongoing professional development.

• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 1 year Case Management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED/HSE required; Some College preferred.
• Strong Computer skills and Data Entry skills.
• Strong Assessment and Engagement skills.
• Strong Written and Verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience and commitment to working with mandated participants with criminal justice involvement.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
