WDAY-TV has an immediate opening for Sports Director
WDAY, the number #1 station in Fargo, North Dakota is looking for a Sports Director to join our award winning team and work in our multi-platform newsroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our four-person sports department. The Sports Director should have experience anchoring, producing, reporting, doing play-by-play and leading a team. WDAY Sports produces over 75 live games a year and is the broadcast home of the North Dakota High School State Tournaments. The ideal candidate will need to have good communication, organizational skills and a clean driving record. A college degree in journalism or a related field is preferred.
