As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our sales team as a Healthcare Sales Consultant.
Position Overview:
As a Healthcare Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the initial patient experience by engaging with incoming leads through phone or web inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include educating potential patients on our comprehensive services and guiding them through the process of scheduling appointments, with the ultimate aim of securing deposits. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Lisle, IL, from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Upon successful training, there is potential for this role to transition into a hybrid position with at least two days working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming New Patient leads promptly and professionally.
- Educate potential patients on the range of services offered by Forum Health.
- Guide patients through the scheduling process and facilitate deposit payments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly conversion targets.
