Responsibilities

  • Acts as first point of contact for the user support
  • Provides day-to-day technical support to all users
  • Builds and configures desktop computers and laptops
  • Assists with the maintenance of print servers
  • Implements the delivery of PC hardware peripherals and computers
  • Works with hardware vendors to quickly repair or replace broken hardware products
  • Reviews, monitors and upgrades existing PCs or installs new PCs
  • Installs and maintains software or hardware to meet user needs
  • Ensures applications delivered via the network operate effectively
  • Installs PC workstation software, patches/fixes, and upgrades
  • Identifies problems and then helps users troubleshoot these problem

Qualifications

  • Relevant technical training or Associate Degree
  • A , Microsoft Office, Chrome OS, etc. – Desired
  • 1-3 years related experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Working Knowledge of or experience with:
  • Microsoft OS, Active Directory, and other related software
  • Chromebook hardware and Chrome OS support
  • Administrative skills for Windows, Microsoft Office, cabling, hubs, network protocols, printers, LCDs, and multimedia presentation technologies support
  • Wireless network support

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
