Recruiter Mission
The Recruiter supports the organization?s business objectives by sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, evaluating and hiring quality talent. The Recruiter expedites and closes offers from clients to candidates with an informed consultative sales approach. The Recruiter utilizes the company database, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to meet performance metrics. This is a high-volume contact position for someone with a ?hunter? mentality that is not satisfied hitting minimum goals. Work as a team member for multiple client accounts providing excellent customer service and professional communication to both clients and candidates alike.?

What You?ll Get To Do
Achieve production objectives by making a high volume of cold calls
Take a proactive approach to recruiting and do not rely solely on job boards or job postings as a means of recruiting
Consult with client to review job descriptions and understand the duties and requirements desired for specified positions?
Sources qualified candidates to fill job assignments and build a database for future assignments
Source, recruit, interview and screen qualified candidates to assess skills, qualifications, availability, compensation requirements, and other requirements to match with appropriate assignment
Utilize various social media forums including LinkedIn and Facebook to make connections, create posts and recruit?
Develop and maintain recruiting relationships within the community
Compensation & Benefits
ABR offers a competitive wage for this full-time, exempt position with a base salary starting at $40,000/year with monthly incentives/commission based on placements. This full-time, first shift, position is Monday-Friday, includes an excellent benefit package, an exceptional 401(k) plan, as well as an excellent Paid Time Off (PTO) bank and paid holidays.?
