Forward Service Corporation (FSC), a passionate, not-for-profit firm that strives to provide exceptional customer service in employment and training related services to local, state and federally funded program participants. Our non-profit firm is seeking one full-time Service Center Resource Specialist to help those we serve achieve their dreams. The home office is located in Green Bay, Madison or Wausau, WI.
The Service Center Resource Specialist is a rewarding position that works with participants to unleash their potential. In this fast-paced environment the right person will thrive in knowing the difference they are making for others in FSC and beyond.
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE
- Manage W-2 Request for Assistance (RFA) related work items and provide ongoing administrative support for items received through the FSC and Service Center inbox.
- Ensure messages to those seeking services is consistent with FSC’s mission and vision.
- Assist with the upkeep of relevant information used to maintain the CARE network.
- Coordinate resourcing and referral related information for individuals applying for services through FSC.
- Make appropriate referral to any programs in which the applicant has indicated an interest.
- Ensure all appropriate documents are scanned into state software (ECF) in a timely manner.
- Enter all program related data accurately and timely into CWW and CARES.
- Must obtain and maintain RS certification in accordance with state law and administrative rule.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalency is required, and one (1) plus years of work-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- FSC offers a very competitive wage for this full-time, non-exempt position with a minimum starting rate of $20.08 /hour with additional compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.
- Example: Meet only minimum requirements start at $23.02/hour; with 3 additional years of direct experience start at $20.69/hour; 5 additional years of direct experience $21.32/hour, etc.
