Forward Service Corporation (FSC), a passionate, not-for-profit firm that strives to provide exceptional customer service in employment and training related services to local, state and federally funded program participants. Our non-profit firm is seeking one full-time Service Center Resource Specialist to help those we serve achieve their dreams. The home office is located in Green Bay, Madison or Wausau, WI.

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE
  • Manage W-2 Request for Assistance (RFA) related work items and provide ongoing administrative support for items received through the FSC and Service Center inbox.
  • Ensure messages to those seeking services is consistent with FSC’s mission and vision.
  • Assist with the upkeep of relevant information used to maintain the CARE network.
  • Coordinate resourcing and referral related information for individuals applying for services through FSC.
  • Make appropriate referral to any programs in which the applicant has indicated an interest.
  • Ensure all appropriate documents are scanned into state software (ECF) in a timely manner.
  • Enter all program related data accurately and timely into CWW and CARES.
  • Must obtain and maintain RS certification in accordance with state law and administrative rule.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalency is required, and one (1) plus years of work-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • FSC offers a very competitive wage for this full-time, non-exempt position with a minimum starting rate of $20.08 /hour with additional compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.
  • Example: Meet only minimum requirements start at $23.02/hour; with 3 additional years of direct experience start at $20.69/hour; 5 additional years of direct experience $21.32/hour, etc.
  • Excellent benefit package, including Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, 401(k) with match, generous PTO plan with accruing 4 weeks of PTO the first year of employment and 12 paid holidays!
