What You’ll Get to Do (detailed job description attached)
As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications, and facilitating the hiring process.

Education and Experience
Associates degree or equivalent and 3 years of progressive experience within recruiting, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in investing in our team members' growth. ABR offers a competitive wage for this full-time, exempt position with a minimum starting base of $55,000/annually, plus monthly commission (annual target of earning $10,000/annually in commission) with additional base compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.
