Associate Designer - Kids Brand

Our client, a kids brand, is seeking a Temp Associate Designer to support its design team through the end of September. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail and experience in CAD sketching and tech pack development, particularly within baby, toddler, and women's categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed CAD sketches for baby and toddler apparel, with occasional womenswear styles
• Develop and maintain line sheets using Miro and Adobe Illustrator
• Accurately scale and apply artwork to filled bodies for external presentation
• Assist with the creation and regular updating of tech packs
• Ensure consistency and precision in all design documents and deliverables

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; experience with Miro is a plus
• Strong CAD sketching skills, particularly in children’s and/or women’s apparel
• Understanding of garment construction and tech pack creation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Onsite availability at the Manhattan studio location
