The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance team and ensure that equipment is running efficiently. This role requires a strong background in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Predictive Maintenance (PMs) are completed on time to minimize downtime
- Utilize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools to identify failures and implement strategies for future prevention
- Identify critical spares and order parts as needed
- Oversee, mentor, and develop maintenance team members
- Provide insights to drive continuous improvement throughout the department
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or related experience
- 3 years of leadership experience from an industrial manufacturing environment
- Proficient with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and tracking PMs/WOs
- Technical background with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
- Knowledge and practical application of Lean/Six Sigma principles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- U.S. citizen or green card holder
