Frankie, an Australian restaurant and bar located two blocks from the Grove St Path in downtown Jersey, is looking for talented bartenders!
Frankie specializes in modern Australian food and low intervention wines. We use a wide variety of produce from both land and sea. The position is perfect for skilled and attentive bartender that wants to practice their craft and learn on the job at the same time.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a friendly and clean bar
- Work in a team environment which is not just limited to the bar
- Willingness to help on the floor when needed
- Describe food and wine menu to the guests and new employees
- Carrying out daily opening and closing procedures
- Keeping informed about menu changes and events happening in the restaurant
- Participate in preshift meetings and monthly staff meetings
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a fast paced work environment
- Basic knowledge of food and wine
- Good attitude towards working in a busy team environment
- Have a genuine interest in food and win
