Duties/Responsibilities
- Craft and serve a wide range of exquisite cocktails and beverages in line with our hotel's standards
- Elevate the guest experience by providing personalized recommendations and attentive service
- Create visually stunning and Instagram-worthy drink presentations
- Maintain the bar area in impeccable order, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
- Uphold our hotel's safety and sanitation protocols and follow all relevant regulations
- Foster positive interactions with guests, making them feel welcome and valued
- Collaborate closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Stay informed about the latest mixology trends and incorporate them into your creations
Qualifications:
- Prior bartending experience, preferably within a hotel or upscale dining environment
- In-depth knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and cocktails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional drinks
- Familiarity with POS systems and handling financial transactions
- Committed to upholding the reputation of our hotel through exceptional service
- Must meet the legal drinking age requirement and possess any necessary alcohol service certifications
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
