This person will be responsible for developing the learning program for new and existing employees within the firm.

In this position you will have the freedom to take control of how you want to teach new and existing software, processes and systems to employees in the firm. You will be their go-to person when they have a question!
Requirements:
- Strong technical understanding of business software applications.
- Proven ability to design and deliver learning programs.
- Ability to conduct one-on-one training sessions.
- Excellent communication skills.
