As part of our three-person team, this role will support the Learning & Development function within Keystone Strategy’s Operations Team. As we continue to scale our offerings to suit our associate base, this role is vital in ensuring that coordination, communications, and systems related to training are running smoothly. This individual will be key in ensuring excellence throughout the Learning & Development lifecycle (before, during and after training) and help us continue to augment training offerings throughout the coming years.
Job Responsibilities:
Support onboarding of new associates by managing communications, and processes. This includes managing both the logistical necessities as well as the broader experience of each new hire as they join the Keystone team to ensure best-in-class onboarding experience for all Keystone new hires.
- Acting as point of contact to those engaging in the new hire’s onboarding process leading up to their first day.
- Facilitating new hire orientation and guiding new hires through the onboarding process.
- Acting as go-to person to provide continued support of New Hire throughout their first weeks
This role will also support the Training and DEI functions from a coordination, communication, and thought partner standpoint. This includes including partnering with internal and external stakeholders to vet and schedule events as well as any necessary outreach to attendees and facilitators.
- Timely responses to Learning requests and inquiries
- Scheduling ad-hoc and recurring events
- Communication before and after events to ensure maximum visibility and retention
- Reporting as needed to help determine the value of events
Last, but most impactful, this role has the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to the development and facilitation of content throughout Keystone. Both as a thought partner and as a trainer.
- Share training and facilitation best practices with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as sounding board for brainstorming best learning approaches, and work with facilitators to prep and coach as needed.
- Work with L&D Leadership to identify learning needs and partner with experts to learn key information and create or augment training.
- Facilitate instructor lead or on-demand learning that ensures each learning opportunity accomplishes the identified objective.
Required Skills:
- Experience communicating with a broad associate base, with a demonstrated track record of effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization and with different levels of technological understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience owning and executing initiatives from start to finish
- Self-motivated, and able to prioritize work independently.
- Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
- Adept at learning new technologies.
