SUPERVISOR - CUSTOMER ORDER MANAGEMENT
Essential Functions
• Provide guidance, direction, and support to the order management team, ensuring they are trained, cross-trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, including order entry, verification, and confirmation, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or issues related to order status. Ensure timely and professional communication with customers to provide updates and resolve concerns. Work with sales, shipping, and other relevant departments to coordinate order fulfillment activities and resolve issues.
• Continuously review and improve order management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows and reduce errors.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order processing time, order accuracy, and on time delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness of order information, documentation, and fulfillment processes.
• Analyze data to address performance issues, making improvements and monthly reporting

• Proven experience in order management, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of order management systems and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and order management software.
• Strong customer service attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability prioritizes tasks effectively.
• Leadership qualities, including team building, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 - year experience in previous and directly related Customer Order Management experience and Customer Service support.
