What You Will Do

In this role the Behavior Technicians are responsible for:

• Delivering high quality in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, community, and school settings
• Attending regular staff training and staff development programs
• Meeting regularly with Supervisor's
• Maintain accurate data collection
  
  

Shifts Available

Part Time 20 hours per week- Non-Exempt. Schedule TBD

Salary Range

In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $18.61 and $30.31 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

• What You Bring to The Table (requirements): High School Diploma/GED
• Experience working with children and families
• Motivation to continue learning and growing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• High ethical standards
• Promote positive morale and team cohesion
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, able to maintain records, and work independently
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers, supervisors, and youths
• CA driver’s license (or ability to obtain one) and reliable transportation
