We are seeking a Caregiver Lead to join our dynamic team! This full-time position will work both in-office and in the field with clients, ensuring the highest quality of care and support is provided. The ideal candidate will have wide availability, be flexible, and possess the ability to handle both routine and unexpected challenges with professionalism.
In this role, you will start new clients, and be the liaison between caregivers, clients, and their families. You will oversee the work of caregivers, ensuring they adhere to care standards and providing guidance as needed. Additionally, you will assist in training new caregivers, offering support and education to ensure they are fully equipped to provide excellent care. Your leadership will ensure seamless coordination between clients, caregivers, and the care team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of caregivers, ensuring schedules are maintained and coverage is provided
- Conduct regular quality assurance visits to ensure caregivers are delivering excellent care
- Participate in on-call rotations to handle urgent needs, caregiver absences, or client emergencies
- Coordinate and provide ongoing training and support to caregivers
- Perform office tasks including scheduling assistance, documentation, and Human Resource Support
- Report all change in conditions to Care Manager
- Provide Exemplary service to clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 Years previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
- Current CNA
- Ability to lead and educate others
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
Salary : $19 - $21
