Overview:
A leading global logistics and freight forwarding company is seeking a commercially driven Global Account Executive to join their expanding semiconductor vertical. This is a high-impact role focused on strategic account development, driving growth within existing clients, and re-engaging lapsed or underperforming accounts across the semiconductor sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of global semiconductor accounts, focusing on increasing revenue and share of wallet.
- Identify untapped or low-performing clients, reintroducing service offerings and converting them into active, high-value accounts.
- Develop account strategies aligned with overall business objectives, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and operations teams.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers at global and regional levels.
- Work closely with product and pricing teams to create competitive and tailored solutions for client needs.
- Track and report on pipeline activity, forecasting, and account performance using CRM tools and internal systems.
- Attend industry events, client meetings, and internal planning sessions as needed, with occasional domestic and international travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a commercial role within global freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain services.
- Strong exposure to the semiconductor industry, with a clear understanding of the supply chain demands and dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to grow revenue within complex, multinational accounts.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Based in Dallas, TX (preferred); candidates in Houston may be considered with exceptional experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and commercially minded.
