About the Position

This Clinical Manager Registered Nurse position at Fresenius offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and outcomes. As a leader in our Home Therapies programs, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving patient satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality care is delivered.

The Clinical Manager Registered Nurse will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives that align with the region, division, and company's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient experience initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate with operations leaders, market development, in-center leadership, and patient education and quality teams to promote Home Therapies growth in assigned programs.
• Responsible for profit and loss management of assigned programs, ensuring optimal performance to achieve or exceed budgets and key performance indicators.
• Manage patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring safe and effective delivery of home therapy support care to patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
• Direct and manage all aspects of patient care for Home Therapies patients, including training patients and caregivers on the safe and effective operation and preventative maintenance of equipment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.) with current appropriate state licensure.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience plus a minimum of six months dialysis nursing experience.
• Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership in the supervision of dialysis personnel and ensure delivery of maximum quality care to all patients.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management, and decision making.
