We offer live music, pool tables, dart boards, golf simulator, table top games, and arcade games along with classic sports bar fare. We are a true destination, sports bar featuring pub grub style casual dining.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in an upbeat friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Be able to use Toast POS
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Skills:
- Serving Experience preferred
- Strong culinary knowledge to provide accurate menu recommendations
- Familiarity with kitchen operations to communicate effectively with the kitchen staff
- Experience working in a restaurant environment, preferably with Toast POS system
- Excellent guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
- Strong hospitality skills to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices for food handling safety
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials

Pay: $3.93 - $8.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
