Your areas of responsibility:
• The Production Operator performs all essential duties to package finished products into containers for shipments to our customers. Some of the key functions include but are not limited to:
• Completes ERP computer system transactions and related paperwork.
• Performs work in accordance with the production schedule provided by the production planner.
• Updates raw material inventory using ERP computer system.
• Uses barcode scanners to report production activity and inventory movement.
• Follows detailed instructions and guidelines for specialty packaging program.
Qualifications we are looking for:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read and follow manufacturing work instructions.
• Maintains attention to detail and accuracy when performing the job.
• Troubleshooting and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Computer skills such as ERP knowledge and Microsoft Office a plus
• Experience with barcode scanners a plus
