Location: Minneapolis, MN (Local Candidates Only)
Work Authorization: USC & GC Only
Salary: $120-$125k on Full time basis
Job Description
Qualifications
2 – 5 years of experience with Salesforce and other business systems such as CRM, marketing automation and account management
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Database management, specifically relational database expertise
Project Management experience and/or certifications preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Strong problem solving skills including identification of root causes and plans for resolution
Strong time management, organizational and follow-up skills
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present project information to customers and all levels of management
Strong analytical skills: can understand complex data relationships and system technical requirements and also explain these things simply to others
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
Advanced level proficiency with MS Office, specifically including Access, Excel and PowerPoint
Advanced in report writing, joining data & pivot tables
Knowledge of queries (SQL a plus)
Knowledge of programming languages a plus
Experience in documenting business process
Experience developing process improvement initiatives
Quality experience such as Lean, Six Sigma, CAP
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Salary : $120,000 - $125,000
