Senior React Developer

Job Title: Senior React Developer - Citizen Only

Job Location: Hybrid in Fort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite 3–4 days/week-- local candidates only)

Duration: 12–18 Months contract

Pay Rate: $65/hr (C2C)

Visa: U.S. Citizens Only

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join our team and play a key role in building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, making architectural decisions, and driving technical direction within an innovative environment.

Must have:

- 5 years of React development experience, with strong skills in React

- Familiarity with API gateways (MuleSoft preferred)

- Strong SQL/NoSQL query capabilities

- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Azure (or similar cloud environments)

- Comfortable making architectural decisions and communicating with business stakeholders

5 years of software development experience, including:

Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS

Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working with API gateways (e.g., MuleSoft or similar)

Solid experience with relational databases (preferably Postgres), NoSQL (preferably MongoDB), and caching.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, especially Azure DevOps, as well as a strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience with performance optimization, observability, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of security practices, including encryption, secure coding, and compliance with frameworks like NIST and SOC2 Type 2.

Ability to lead technical direction and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and external teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective project management capabilities, especially when working with cross-functional and external teams.

Experience with Salesforce data models or integration methods (REST, Bulk API, etc.)

Experience with Tableau embedding or reporting APIs

Familiarity with Auth0 or similar identity providers

Experience building and maintaining scalable backend services (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)
