- Ford Certified Technician (preferred)
- Proven track record of strong productivity and efficiency
- Advanced diagnostic, electrical, and drivability expertise

- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles
- Handle complex electrical, drivability, and engine concerns
- Work closely with service advisors to maintain repair flow
- Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting efficiency goals
- Follow Ford factory repair standards and dealership processes
