Mission:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Plant Manager, providing support to the Future Stitch Factory with the daily maintenance and operational demands.
Roles:
Maintenance
- Manage equipment planned maintenance (PM)
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns
- Manage contractors as needed for facility upkeep
- Additional responsibilities, as needed.
Operations
- Assist the Production Leads in facilitating the workflow to achieve daily operational goals
- Improve operational workflow by developing tools, etc.
- Additional responsibilities, as needed.
Outcomes/KPIs
- Efficient PM scheduling, without delays
- Rapid equipment breakdown response
- Help achieve production throughput goals
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
- Process & detail-oriented
- Effective communicator
- Effective at time management
- Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong verbal and written skill
- Willing to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
